Ask the Experts at Home Buyers Fairs

Experts, experts and more experts. All under one roof and available all day to help answer your real estate questions. That’s what The Times’ home buyers fairs are all about.

Come talk with realtors, home builders, lenders, tax and legal experts, representatives from HUD, VA, FHA, CHFA, the Department of Real Estate, the IRS and home inspection groups. Check your personal credit history or the home prices in your neighborhood.

Come in the morning, or the afternoon, the seminar topics will be repeated. This Saturday’s fair will be at the Woodland Hills Marriott Hotel. The May 26 fair will be at the Anaheim Convention Center in Orange County.

And at the Orange County fair, fair-goers are invited to take part in an informal round-table discussions with realty experts on ways to sell your house in a slow market.
