Tis Juliet Wins Shuvee Handicap

NEW YORK —
Calumet Farm’s Tis Juliet caught favored Survive in midstretch and went on to a 3 1/4-length victory in the $171,300 Shuvee Handicap at Belmont Park Saturday.
Carrying 113 pounds and Richard Migliore, Tis Juliet covered 1 1-16 miles on a fast track in 1:43.
Survive finished second in the seven-horse field, three lengths ahead of Dreamy Mimi.
Tis Juliet’s victory was her third in seven starts this year.
