Voluntary Liquidation: PX Cameras and Appliances, a discount consumer electronics warehouse store in Huntington Beach, filed on May 3 for voluntary liquidation under Chapter 7 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.
In a filing in federal bankruptcy court in Santa Ana, the company listed debts of $3.3 million to its 15 largest creditors, which included ITT Commercial Finance, the State Board of Equalization, Ricoh and Pentax. The store has been closed.
