Spraying Opponent

Share

Last week (May 11) was the week that our state government made its decision to aerial spray El Cajon with the pesticide malathion.

The spraying will be on hospitals, schools, homes and livestock, with the concentrations depending on the wind and other uncontrollable factors.

The question is: Can citizens adequately defend themselves against the ignorant actions of their government?

An old adage is to be remembered: “Those that govern best govern least.” Don’t let your government get too strong, until it proves itself to be acting in your best interest.

Certainly a government that does not put the public health and safety first is to be limited in its strength.

Remember the malathion spraying and vote down anything that will bring additional funds to government coffers.

Remember the names of all public officials in office at the time of this spraying and vote against every one of them, because they all bear culpability. End their political careers, because they did nothing.

Let them know that we can’t be sprayed like the fruits and nuts the rest of the nation thinks we are.

We have given them the power and the money, and now they are spraying us like insects. Well, even insects can chirp, so let’s start. Let them hear from you today before it is too late.
