Legal Publisher Sues Messenger Service: West Publishing Co. of St. Paul, Minn., filed a copyright infringement suit Thursday, claiming that Image Express Messenger & Attorney Service of Los Angeles is copying West’s reports of legal decisions, then providing the copies to Image Express clients.
