Don Baylor, the only Angel to win American League Most Valuable Player honors, will be inducted into the Angels’ Hall of Fame Saturday night before the team’s game against the Milwaukee Brewers at Anaheim Stadium.

Baylor, 40, played with the Angels from 1977-82. He was a member of their first two AL West championship teams (1979, 1982) and was selected AL MVP in 1979.

Baylor becomes the third inductee into the Hall, joining second baseman Bobby Grich and shortstop Jim Fregosi.
