MGM Grand Inc., Beverly Hills, has named Larry J. Woolf chairman and chief executive of its Las Vegas subsidiary, MGM Grand Hotel Inc. He has been president and chief operating officer of Caesars Tahoe Resort in Lake Tahoe, Nev. Completion of the hotel is scheduled for late 1992.
