Dun & Bradstreet Corp. said today that it is seeking a buyer for its Donnelley Marketing division, excluding the Donnelly Marketing Information Services unit.
Donnelley Marketing is a direct-mail distributor of discount coupons, a marketer of consumer merchandise via direct mail and a provider of consumer mailing lists and letter shop services. It had revenues of about $225 million last year, excluding Donnelley Marketing Information.
