Aaron Pryor’s comeback in Wisconsin, the only state to give the former junior-welterweight champion a permit to fight, was set back when a promoter said he rejected Pryor’s request to be on a card next month.
Pryor has left Madison, Wis., where he scored a three-round knockout over Daryl Jones last Wednesday night, and was unavailable for comment.
