Richard Smith was named president and chief operating officer of Katersky Financial, a Woodland Hills-based manager of shopping centers.
Smith previously was Katersky’s executive vice president and chief financial officer. He earlier was controller and director of development financial services at Taubman Co., a shopping center developer.
