Toni Kollwitz has been promoted to president of Rancho Santa Margarita Escrow Inc. She was previously executive vice president. Before joining the company in 1985, Kollwitz was executive vice president of Residential Escrow Corp. in Santa Ana. Rancho Santa Margarita Escrow is a subsidiary of Santa Margarita Co. and its joint- venture partner, Copley Real Estate Advisors.
