ORANGE COUNTY NEWSMAKERS

Jonathan Edelstein, chief executive of Cycle Industries Inc., has been elected chairman. He has been on the board for two years and been chief executive since the beginning of the year. Cycle Industries, based in Anaheim, is an apparel maker and T-shirt screen printer. It is also the parent company of Off Shore of California Inc., a manufacturer of volleyball clothing and surf wear.
