Shuwa Bought a San Francisco Building: The Los Angeles office of Shuwa, a Japanese real estate company, said it acquired the 150 Spear St. building for $60.6 million from a limited partnership known as 150 Spear Street Associates. The 18-story building is entirely leased by Bank of America. Shuwa Investments Corp., which also owns an office building at 500 Washington St., plans to renovate the Spear St. property early next year.
