‘NewsHour’ Balance

At last, the essentially conservative nature of “MacNeil/Lehrer” is exposed. Only conservatives such as Jack Kemp and Henry Hyde, who have logged much air time on that program, attach the liberal label to “NewsHour.”

Over the years I’ve realized I was seeing on “NewsHour” a “debate” between conservatives and reactionaries or, at best, one between moderates and conservatives, with the CIA and “experts” like Henry Kissinger overexposed. This sham is not even entertaining, much less informative.
