ANOTHER MAG: Nearly 100 magazines are published in the county, and now there’s one for volleyball freaks. Western Empire Publications in San Clemente, a surfing magazine publisher, has put the first issue of Volleyball on newsstands here and abroad. . . It’s aimed at both beach and hard-core players and fans, says publisher Bob Mignogna.
