William V. Caveney has been named chairman...

William V. Caveney has been named chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Southern California Water Co. and Floyd E. Wicks has been named president. John F. MacDonald and Donald L. Twomley have been named vice presidents.

The company recently moved its headquarters from Los Angeles to San Dimas, where its 100 employees work in a 30,000-square-foot building on a five-acre site.

The company, which operates 16 water districts and an electric district, serves 250,000 customers in 75 cities and 10 counties throughout the state. The company is the second-largest investor-owned water utility in the state and the sixth-largest in the nation.
