WORLD IN BRIEF : CZECHOSLOVAKIA : Havel Likely to Keep Calfa as Premier

President Vaclav Havel will probably retain a former Communist as prime minister and ask him to form the nation’s next government, a spokesman for Havel said in Prague. Marian Calfa turned in his Communist Party card after last winter’s revolution, but his continued role as prime minister could draw criticism from Havel’s allies and the Christian Democrats Havel hopes to include in a coalition government.
