Citrus College Teacher Is Instructor of Year

Bill Steen, Citrus College automotive technology instructor, has been named Community College Instructor of the Year in the automotive field by the state Department of Education.
Steen, who has been with the college since 1986, is president of California Automotive Teachers, a statewide association of high school and community college automotive instructors.
