Anthony Hembrick, captain of the 1988 U.S. Olympic boxing team, was discharged from a Fayetteville, N.C., hospital after being treated for a closed head wound suffered when he he was knocked out by Booker T. Word in the first round in his U.S. Boxing Assn. light-heavyweight bout Wednesday night.
