SCIENCE/TECHNOLOGY : Microsystems, RHA Team Up for Overseas Computer Marketing

Microsystems Technology Inc. of Mission Viejo and RHA Group will announce this week the formation of a company that will market computers and computer peripherals abroad.
RHA Microsystems Technology will manage RHA’s computer marketing efforts in the Soviet Union and, at the same time, serve as the global marketing arm of Microsystems Technology, a computer marketer and systems integrator. Miscrosystems will provide the technology for the venture, while RHA, a U.S.-Soviet business support services and trading firm in Irvine, will handle the marketing duties.
Microsystems President John Aclaro and RHA President Paul H. Armstrong will jointly run the new company, which is capitalized at $250,000.
