They Fit Nicely: It was one of those deals where everything seemed to fit. Pacific Skylight Co. had too much space in its Anaheim plant. And Harbor Inc., which makes truck bodies, was getting cramped at its Brea plant.
So Harbor leased the 91,000-square-foot Pacific Skylight plant on Miraloma Avenue, while Pacific moved into Harbor’s old 39,000-square-foot plant on Birch Street in Brea. So far, both seem to be perfect fits.
The owner of the Anaheim plant, James E. Myerson, then sold the newly leased-up plant to O’Donnell Armstrong & Partners, an Irvine developer.
The Seeley Co., a commercial brokerage, handled the transactions, which had a total value of more than $8 million.
