Army General to Manage Joint Commissary Agency

WASHINGTON — The Pentagon on Tuesday announced the selection of Army Maj. Gen. John Paul Dreska, commander of the Defense Construction Supply Center in Columbus, Ohio, as director of the new Defense Commissary Agency. He will be responsible for consolidating individual service commissary functions into a single Defense Department organization.
