Unisys, Mitsui Stock Deal: Unisys Corp. announced that Mitsui & Co., a Japanese trading company, will buy $150 million in Unisys convertible preferred stock and loan the computer maker $50 million. “This transaction with our longstanding business partner in Japan, Mitsui, is a significant step in our program to strengthen the Unisys capital structure during this rebuilding year,” said James A. Unrun, Unisys’ president.
