Thought Police
I sense growing opposition to the thought police on the eve of the 200th anniversary of the Bill of Rights. I think that most Americans resent government interference in what are legitimately individual, adult decisions such as which records to buy or sell, what art to exhibit, which flags to burn (if any), and whether or not to wear a string bikini.
