Federal Government’s Response to Controlling AIDS Epidemic
If Congress has “critical money decisions,” anti-tobacco tax money should be transferred to AIDS research. When people want to smoke, let them smoke. No one wants to have AIDS. Congress should fight AIDS. Tax money should be directed to what people medically need. Secondary needs are unimportant.
