Aviation Publication to Go Biweekly: Lower-than-expected advertising revenue will force the aviation industry publication Runways Southern California to publish on a biweekly instead of weekly basis beginning July 2. The 24-page tabloid, which is published by Miami-based Knight-Ridder Inc., was launched in March and has a circulation of 24,000.
