Terrace Vista in Perris

Terrace Vista Homes, a 150-unit development of three- and four-bedroom single-family houses by Mountain View Homes, opens today in a hillside area on the west end of the Riverside County community of Perris.

The first phase of 16 houses is offered in four plans, with 1,184 to 1,849 square feet, priced from $109,990 to $132,990. Below-market 30-year, 8.85% fixed-rate financing is available. First move-ins are planned for August.

Standard features of the houses include wood-burning fireplaces, dual-glazed windows, ceramic tile kitchen counters, mirrored wardrobe doors and ceiling fans.

Four furnished models are open 10 a.m. to dusk weekends, noon to dusk daily, except Wednesdays and Thursdays, at 1349 Mt. Baldy St., reached from the westbound California 74 exit of Interstate 215.

Auburn Ridge Opens

Auburn Ridge opens today in the Verdemont area of north San Bernardino with 115 move-up single-family houses on quarter-acre lots.

Developed by McClellan Communities, the four- to six-bedroom houses are offered in three one- and two-story floor plans with 1,892 to 2,636 square feet. Prices for the 21 houses in the first phase range from $171,990 to $209,990, and immediate move-ins are available.

Features include three-car garages, bonus rooms and dens, fireplaces and master bedroom suites with vaulted ceilings. Three furnished models are open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily at 2919 W. Ohio Ave., reached from the Palm Avenue exit of the Barstow (215) Freeway.
