We would like to add: India Oven on Pico Boulevard--great Indian food, even if it is on paper plates. And Emerald Restaurant on Venice for Thai/Chinese. Forget the Chinese and go for the fabulous soups, especially hot and spicy soup with chicken and shrimp. Great chicken curry, pad Thai noodles, et cetera.
