David A. Federico has been appointed vice president and manager of the Newport Beach office of John Burnham and Co., a San Diego-based real estate, insurance and mortgage banking company. He will also remain a vice president in Burnham’s Los Angeles office. Earlier this year, Federico and two associates merged their Real Estate Capital Group firm into the Burnham organization.
