Bank Executive Named to Urban League Board

Esther Frankel, vice president and manager of Glendale Federal Bank’s district sales center in Irvine, has been elected to the board of directors of the Orange County Urban League Inc. The league’s programs include an employment service, a youth educational program and an advocacy and leadership development service for minorities and disadvantaged persons.
