ReadiCare Inc.: The Irvine operator of workers’ compensation medical centers and programs posted a 90% increase in first quarter net income, to $670,000 from $352,000 for the period for the previous fiscal year.

The company listed “extraordinary credit from loss carryforward” at $215,000 for the 1991 fiscal first quarter and at $137,000 for the period for 1990.

Revenue for the quarter ended May 31 rose 22%, to $6 million from $4.9 million.
