‘Twin Peaks’ Rises Again: Get out the cherry pie and coffee. Viewers who heard all the buzz about “Twin Peaks” but missed it last season will get a second chance in August and September. ABC said Thursday that it will rerun the two-hour premiere of David Lynch’s surreal soap opera on Sunday, Aug. 5, and then will repeat the seven one-hour episodes on Saturday nights, starting Aug. 11. The series will be scheduled on Saturday nights this fall, but no date has been set for the opening episode, which may or may not reveal who killed homecoming queen Laura Palmer.
