APPEAL FOR FUNDS: Foothill Family Service, a 64-year-old Pasadena agency that operates a counseling program for sexually abused children in the San Gabriel Valley, on Tuesday will ask state officials in Sacramento to restore $120,000 in funding lost when a three-year grant from the California Office of Criminal Justice Planning was not renewed.
