Mark A. Koob has been named president and chief operating officer of Bumble Bee Seafoods Inc., a San Diego-based seafood canning company owned by Unigroup, a seafood company based in Thailand. Koob will replace Dan Sullivan, who will become an adviser for Unigroup’s worldwide processing and technologies group. Koob was formerly executive vice president-sales and marketing.
