Gary W. Lisenbee has joined Spectrum Asset Management Inc., a Newport Beach investment counseling firm, as senior vice president and a principal. He was previously manager of Van Deventer & Hoch’s Orange County offices. Before that, Lisenbee spent 10 years as a consultant with Phelps & Co.
