Stormie Jones, the world’s first heart-liver transplant recipient, hopes to write an autobiography titled “In The Darkness” to reflect what she thinks about as she falls asleep.

The book will be “about my life, my family, all the pet animals I’ve had,” said the 13-year-old girl, a fan of scary films and Gothic novels.

Stormie received the double transplant in 1984. Hepatitis damaged that liver and in February, the girl from White Settlement, Tex., received her second liver.

She and her mother, Lois Purcell, are staying at a hostel near Children’s Hospital, where Stormie is being treated for hepatitis that has damaged her second transplanted liver.

Stormie said she likes frightening books, movies and television programs.

Her favorite show is the USA Network horror series “Tales From The Crypt.”
