George Winn and Gerald K. Giordano have joined the Irvine office of Philip Crosby Associates as vice presidents and account executives. Before joining the consulting company, Winn was director of human resources for BASF Structural Materials Inc. in Anaheim. Giordano previously spent seven years at Bourns Inc., an electronics company. He also previously served as director of strategic planning with Fairchild Aircraft.
