Ford to Raise Prices: Ford Motor Co. said the average price of one of its 1991 cars will be $528--or 3.2%--higher than its 1990 models. It said the average light-truck price would increase 3.6% but did not say how much money that would involve. Ford also said that delivery charges would increase by $10 a car and that prices of some options will rise.
