Kellogg Sues Over Cereal: Kellogg Co. has filed suit against Nabisco Brands Inc., accusing it of copying its new bite-sized shredded wheat. In a suit filed in U.S. District Court in Kalamazoo, Mich., Kellogg claimed that it has learned that Nabisco set out to copy both the “features and marketing strategy” behind Kellogg’s new cereal. Nabisco called the suit “totally without merit.”
