Carnation Unites Some Food Units

Carnation Co. said it formed Nestle/Carnation Food Service Co. to consolidate the institutional food operations of Nestle’s U.S. units.
The new company will include the food service operations of Nestle/Hills Coffee Co., Carnation and Nestle Foods Group, all units of Switzerland-based Nestle S.A. The new company will be based in Glendale.
