Exxon Sued Over Pricing: North Carolina Atty. Gen. Lacy Thornburg filed a lawsuit Friday against Exxon Corp. charging that the oil company was conducting deceptive trade practices by quoting wholesale prices to distributors that it fails to honor and imposing retroactive wholesale price increases. Exxon officials had no immediate comment.
