New York Cab Driver Shot; 20th Killed This Year

NEW YORK —
A livery cab driver was shot to death in Harlem, bringing to 20 the number of drivers killed since the beginning of the year, police said. Abraham Hernandez, 38, was found Tuesday night on the sidewalk near his car. Both rear doors of the car were left open.
