Navistar International Corp.: The Chicago truck and engine builder reported third-quarter earnings of $6 million, down 78.6% from 1989. Revenue dipped 10% to $972 million. The company said the downturn was the result of continuing weak industry demand for medium- and heavy-duty trucks.
