Jewelry and $3,000 were recovered, and four men were arrested in connection with the robbery of a De Luz man Wednesday.

Horse handler Francisco Garcia, 19, told San Diego County sheriff’s deputies he was confronted by a man when he returned to his trailer in the 39000 block of De Luz Road about 2 p.m. He also saw two other men come out of his trailer.

Garcia said the first man pointed a .22-caliber semi-automatic gun at his head and demanded money. He was forced to the ground, where his hands were tied behind his back and his wallet was taken.
