Hong Kong Seizes 16 Boats Laden With Contraband

HONG KONG —
Police seized goods valued at $90,000 from 16 fishing boats they believe were bound for China, a government spokesman said Friday. Sixty people were arrested. The seized contraband included television sets, motorcycles, electrical appliances--and even two taxis.
