Pomona : Assistant Administrator

Browning E. Allen III, the personnel director for the Pomona Unified School District, was appointed assistant city administrator by the City Council on Monday night.
Allen, 35, will begin work Sept. 11.
In his new post, which pays $70,000 annually, Allen will also serve as the city’s personnel director.
