Bellflower City Administrator Jack Simpson called Nealis a “credit to his craft.”
Nealis’ final day with Bellflower will be Friday. He will begin his new duties in Rolling Hills on Monday.
“Bellflower was a wonderful place to work,” Nealis said. “It is a friendly community, with an outstanding and friendly staff and I truly enjoyed an opportunity to work here.”
