The Beeb Adds Network: The British Broadcasting Corp. on Monday launched Radio 5, its first new national radio network in 23 years, wooing younger listeners with sports, entertainment and education. The publicly funded BBC has four domestic radio networks catering to different groups. The last national station it launched was Radio 1, an all-pop music station, in 1967.
