Japan Lends Nigeria Low-Cost $235 Million

Tokyo —
The Export-Import Bank said it will loan $235 million to Nigeria to finance a petrochemical project in the African country.
The government-financed bank said the loan, to be provided to the state-run National Petroleum Corp., will be used to import petrochemical facilities from Japan.
