U.S. troop morale will soar and Saddam Hussein will panic as Vice President Dan Quayle, our chief of crisis management, returns from vacation and is back “in the loop.” George Bush should send Quayle to the Mideast to utilize the military acumen he gained in the Indiana National Guard while hiding out from the Vietnam War.
